• We maintain full records of all transactions, login activity, course access logs, and IP addresses, which will be submitted as evidence in any chargeback dispute.
• If a chargeback is filed after course content has been accessed, we will provide all access records to the card issuer as proof that the service was delivered as described.
• Fraudulent chargebacks where service was clearly delivered and accessed may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• OnlyTRAININGS reserves the right to recover any chargeback fees incurred as a result of a disputed transaction.
